What's your turnaround time?

As of 1/15/21, our maximum turnaround time for order fulfillment is 7-10 days, depending on order size and date. This may change depending on volume of orders, and does not include actual shipping time. We'll keep you updated!

We pack orders Monday through Friday, and ship packages Tuesday through Saturday.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship anywhere that accepts post from the United States.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes. All products are cruelty free, and we do not sell/ship to resellers in China.

Are your products vegan?

Yes.

What are your shipping, refund, and return policies?

We currently ship through USPS. Please be aware that USPS is experiencing a high volume of shipments, which when combined with postal worker illnesses has slowed the postal service considerably. 

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. If you believe your package is lost, please visit this link and follow the instructions there. Please contact us if you need help with this.

If a package is returned to us because of a mistake on the buyer's part, we are willing to resend it for the cost of new postage. If a package is returned to us due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly resend it at no extra charge.

Sorry, no refunds other than for overpaid shipping on combined orders, except in cases where we have made an error in our listing. 

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns.

If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately so we can work out a solution. Please include your order number with in your message.

Are your products free from ________ allergen?

All our product ingredients are listed on the individual items, so please double-check those to ensure they're safe before ordering. If you have a severe allergy to an unlisted ingredient/allergen (nuts, gluten, dogs, etc.), please let us know! While these allergens are not present in the soaping lab, they ARE present in the building.

Help! My soap arrived and is melted/weird looking. 

That happens sometimes! During warm months, our soaps can sometimes become soft or slightly deformed during shipping. Popping them onto a level surface in the fridge will fix this! 

If you live in a hot climate, you may wish to avoid ordering our soaps during warmer months. Our soap will liquify at about 120 degrees, which can easily occur in a mail truck. We can't yet control the weather, so please order with possible heat in mind!

Additionally, humid weather can sometimes cause glycerine sweat (small clear beads on the surface of the soap). Glycerine is a humectant, a substance that draws in and retains moisture. When placed in a humid environment, the glycerine may draw the moisture from the air and leave it on the surface of the soap. This isn't at all harmful, and will vanish once the soap is used. It just looks a bit strange!

Do you offer wholesale rates?

Currently, no. We will be back to offering wholesale rates in the future.

Do you offer large order discounts for wedding favors, etc.?

Currently, no. We'll be back to offering large order discounts soon.

I have a question not covered here. What's the best way to get ahold of you?

Our contact form works great for this! Messages from the form stand out in our email, so we are less likely to overlook it. Please be aware that our email is often not monitored on Saturdays and Sundays, because a work/life balance is important AF.
